A tour booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit. The balance amount must be settled prior to check-in or upon arrival in Bhuj as per your quotation voucher terms.
Entry to the White Rann (Dhordo salt flats) and certain border-adjacent areas requires a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) and the mandatory White Desert permit issued at the Bhirandiyara checkpost or through the state tourism portal. Guests must carry original photo IDs during the tour.
Cancellation charges vary depending on the season, hotel/tent policy, and notice provided. During the peak Rann Utsav period (November to February) and full moon dates, tent city and resort cancellations are subject to strict non-refundable supplier terms. Detailed cancellation milestones will be specified in your official booking voucher.
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to severe weather conditions, seasonal road closures (such as unseasonal waterlogging in the salt plains), or government administrative directives to ensure traveler safety.
All disputes arising out of bookings with Kutch Tour are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhuj, Gujarat, India.
